Founded by Shri. K.G. Govindarajulu in 1965 in the southern city of Chennai (Tamilnadu, India), Metal Forms is a privately held company. An ISO 9001 certified company, Metal Forms Private Limited (MFPL) has been engaged in the manufacture of precision tools, sheet metal components and other related activities for over five decades. 

In 2011, to capitalize on the rising demand for heavy machined parts from Wind Energy, Thermal and Solar Industries, we setup a state-of-art machine shop to supply heavy machined castings/fabrications to the energy industry. Our customer base has steadily grown to include Gamesa Wind Turbines, Siemens, Toshiba, Komatsu, Caterpillar amongst others.

Under the MFPL flagship are two reputed brands - GENSURE and Kwikonveyors. Under 'GENSURE', we manufacture and sell eco-friendly Silent Diesel Gensets from 10kVA to 2000 kVA. Under 'Kwikonveyor' we manufacture and sell various types of chains for industrial applications.

MFPL has four plants in Chennai - Two in Red Hills, One each in Oragadam and Singaperumal Koil.
